We hope you all got to enjoy your break because the Spring Season is about to begin!
We are changing things up a bit this year. Rather than starting with a full schedule right away we are going to stagger the start of sessions.
Strength Training sessions with Crem will begin on Wednesday January 3, so that is the same.
Erg Practices will begin on Tuesday January 16.
With the later start for erg practices we will not be racing at Indoor Sprints on January 27. If there are rowers who want to race that day participation can be optional, similar to the Central Biathlon.
